Protract excitement… 1…Feel and alter the feelings 2…Changing the past perception 3…By discovering the unfamiliar

1…Feel and alter the feelings

That was an usual day, but I got a reason to feel excited…my friend, Bhanu came to our place with her husband Krish…while serving the tea and snacks; we demand them to stay back for dinner, as they dropped by at brunch time, I being a person who loves to cook and serve, got a reason to cook special dish…but in all these episodes, we could clearly notice that my friend Bhanu was upset for some reason…that even Krish was also not aware of…

She was frustrated from within and no humor could giggle her, instead we could see the clenched teeth as if she is holding her volcanic temper. I would rather say it as the recent Tsunami temper…we must leave the couple alone for sometime providing private space to sort out the issue; my husband and me felt.

I requested my husband to be a helping hand in kitchen… the conversation of my friend was so high; I felt the whole society can hear her voice…She was frustrated at this thankless job of home maker and parenting…She felt like leaving away everything and everyone and run away as she was not finding anytime for herself; she was feeling worthless. She felt disrespected and taken for grated. Maybe she did not know the better way of handling the situations. Krish was trying to sober her down, as he felt conscious of location. Krish is a nice person, very polite in approach, person with a lot of patience and tolerance; Bhanu on the other hand is straightforward and strong at approach, patience and tolerance is not her cup of tea... They, being the love married couple, we know, they love each other immensely. Krish adore Bhanu for her innocence, purity and mental strength. Krish knows that, if Bhanu can change her aggressive behavior and gets soft spoken she will be exceptionally admired person. He accepted her for what she is. At times it was little difficult to him as her anger becomes too turbulent. He loved to pamper her, correcting her and care for her each emotion…
Bhanu started shouting at Krish on petty things…Krish could understand her frustration; and she was right at some points… Krish allowed Bhanu to shout and when she calmed down, he said; I am extremely sorry if I have hurt you.

Bhanu got speechless, Kirish said; good we stayed back here, you got a break from preparing dinner…and he smiled…Bhanu smiled and hugged. Bhanu felt; God!!! How much he loves me! Krish didn’t move a bit and thought you don’t know how much I love you.

When anyone is emotionally down, try to understand his or her feeling instead of present intelligent solutions.

This kind of situation could be with anyone of us at certain point of time in our lives. Not only between the couples but it can be with any relationship…parents, siblings, children, friends, or anyone…if we love them then it’s easy to understand their feeling. Place yourself in their shoes; try to experience what they are going through; try to know what is making them feel low or frustrated.
And then, a knowledge them that you care for their emotions; you are always there for them unconditionally; instead of giving smart advises and solution…Share the feeling by converse instead of getting preachy.  Don’t hesitate to take the false blame…like Krish did for his loved wife…where both of them know it’s not his fault totally….

For Krish; what Bhanu was saying while fighting was not important but what she was feeling was more important to him, He tried to feel what she was feeling, which allowed him to have patience, and tolerance.

It’s not necessary that someone else always have to be there to understand and shift your emotions…when you feel like you are under frustrating mood, emotionally low… Shift your focus by changing the thought process and get into different activity; change the mood by choosing contrast words…words are basis for communication, we not only communicate with others but even with ourselves. When we communicate within, its very important to choose right words… lets see how can we help ourselves to change our emotional state, by changing the words. Say these converts to yourself when in different gray moods.

Negative Emotions                                           Converts into

·                    Angry                                - Patience
·                    Boredom                           - Hobby
·                    Dominating                       - Little concern and feel sensitive about others feelings
·                    Frustration                         - Challenge and Fascination
·                    Timidity                            - Confident and informative
·                    Insecure                             - Questioning and be sure of the things
·                    Greedy                              - Helpful
·                    Lonely & Fearful              - Informative, Confident and available
·                    Stressed                            - Energized
·                    Sad                                   - Joyous, Cheerful
·                    Depressed                        - Change the location, get involved in a hobby
·                    Afraid                              - Brave and confident [repeat this in your mind]
·                    Lazy                                - Energized
·                    Confused                         - Analyses the situation and decide confidently
·                    Hatred                             - Love

Try this and feel the difference! You may apply your own strategies as well. I personally go on a ride when I feel low… or start painting, or plan to cook special dish…or talk to dearly people on phone [without letting them the reason behind my call]. And by the end of my activity, I literally forget my previous mood…sometime I laugh on myself; when I think of the low mood and stupid frustrations…Some times…its funny to joke on our low mood behaviors… J

Be sensitive towards others feeling and help them come out of it…and help yourself by altering the feelings…be Emotionally intelligent…

Take care and Enjoy life for fullest!!!

Strong Women Vs Strength of Women

A strong woman works out every day to keep her body in shape ...
but a woman of strength kneels in prayer to keep her soul in shape...

A strong woman isn't afraid of anything ...
but a woman of strength shows courage in the midst of her fear...

A strong woman won't let anyone get the best of her ...
but a woman of strength gives the best of her to everyone...

A strong woman makes mistakes and avoids the same in the future...
a woman of strength realizes life's mistakes can also be God's blessings and capitalizes on them...

A strong woman walks sure footedly ...
but a woman of strength knows God will catch her when she falls...

A strong woman wears the look of confidence on her face ...
but a woman of strength wears grace...

A strong woman has faith that she is strong enough for the journey ...
but a woman of strength has faith that it is in the journey that she will become strong...

Send this page to all the "Women of Strength" you know.

Happy Womens Day!!! Stay Passionate n Powerful with Strength n Excellence....

Why don’t you acquire what you desire for?

Did you ever feel like, why my wishes and desires not fulfilled even after my constant prayers?

Not all wishes fulfilled, not all prayers answered…
More over, misanthropists use this as evidence that prayers do not work. What they don’t understand is that for prayers to work; they must be effective with considerate precise base…as Dr. Joseph Murphy said.

Many a times I get to hear from people that what they wish and pray for is not answered.
Did that ever happen to you If YES; then did you think why so…

Why the wishes were not answered? The principle reason for such failure is … your state of mind, your belief on that particular prayer.

MIND!!! Has Unbelievable and amazing power within it, which can be yours if you know how to canalize and use it. Mind is the most valuable possession.  You might have heard of conscious and subconscious levels of mind. The conscious is rational and objective; whereas the subconscious is subjective and irrational. What you think of with your conscious mind is taken by your subconscious mind seriously. The subconscious mind is place of emotions. And your state of mind reflects your thinking and behavior in any situation, event, based on your emotions. When you desire for something and while praying for it, if you are low or negative at your emotional level, then, do you think your prayers will be answered? Absolutely NO!!! Because you are praying something better BUT with a negative emotions [Doubt]. This will create a conflict in your subconscious mind.

To understand this we will look into a simpler example… think of parents who wants to see their children grow intelligent and confidently in their life. Who, all the time wishes to see their children in great positions. Who has high hopes and expectation on their children? Who wants to see their child to be independent and successful? BUT invariably spoon-feed the children even after the children cross their late 20s. Holds hands of the children while crossing the road when the child is in his/her college level. Takes care of little things as they we do for the 5 years kid. Providing every solution before the child face the problem in practical.
Do you think this bringing up can boost self-confidence and high intelligence in the child to achieve all the heights, which the parents are wishing to see? Clearly NO… Why because the wishes and expectation on the child and the bringing up of the child is not matching. It’s totally conflicting.  Here parent’s wishes and desires are like conscious mind and the parenting method is like subconscious mind. When do not match they create conflict and do not show any result. Or may lead to bad result if the mismatch is high.

It is the same with your conscious and subconscious mind. When you consciously think of something your subconscious mind accepts it and works towards it. But it won’t rationalize whether it’s right or wrong. So, when you are praying or desiring for something, it is very important to be clear, specific and confident about it. So that there is, clear instruction to the subconscious mind to execute it. It uses all the mental and spiritual law in its execution; for good or bad.
Lack of confidence leads to too much of efforts; also block the answer for your prayer. If you pray by keeping negative emotions in back of your mind the consequently you will face troubles, failures and confusions.

Your wishes and prayers are like questions…Always remember!!! There is no wrong answer if the question is right…

Wish and pray with clear, confident and specific way by having love, faith and positively constructive thoughts. Your prayers WILL get answered…

Understand the REAL POWER of your mind; the law of mind will do the rest for you.

Now as you know the power and law of conscious and subconscious mind, turn over your prayers with faith and confidence. Your subconscious will capture and answer for you. But DO NOT aim to force your subconscious mind; to do something for you, you will fail. Subconscious mind do not respond for compulsion. It will accept to your conscious mind or to your faith and beliefs.

Few reasons of your failure may be your belief statements as:

·        I will never get any answer
·        I dint know what to do
·        I Things are getting worse
·        I know even if I pray whole-heartedly and with full faith it won’t work.

When you pray with clear positive mind keeping any of the above statements in your mind, you get NO result.

Basically you are confusing your mind. You must have a clear-cut idea in your mind. Conscious mind, then the endless power in your subconscious mind gets you, your answer by cooperating with conscious mind.

To avoid conflict and have balance in your conscious and subconscious mind think positive, have sufficient sleep. Imagine the fulfillment of your desires and wishes. Wish and pray with clear, positive, confident mind. Sleep in calm and rouse with bliss!!!

This is not an advertisement of an organization But, A True-Hearted appreciation for Excellent endeavor

Yesterday, as it was Wednesday and I was reading Times of India’s accent columns and I found something that was absolutely appealed me; that was a name in Accenture’s advertisement.
Why did it appealed me so much?

I will tell yo why...
How many of you agree and believe that "we all have dreams…" Yes? So as I… and I always believed that I am special and matchless. I always tried to resolve the challenges by my self, although I didn’t do this intentionally… today I look back to a decade and I realized- I never felt from heart and soul that there must be some one all the time to help me in dealing with my challenges in life. Many a times it so happened that I didn’t even shared what I was going through with anyone but just got my way out. I certainly had my share of challenging episode in life. But through it all, I direct my way to perceive, learn, persevere and implement the change, which was required.

Why change?
Without change one cannot expect different result. Change is horrifying some times, as it is like entering into unknown area leaving your current comfort zone. With every challenge I got into new level in my life- personally and professionally. Along with all these I recognized that there is very less support given to females in our society. Fortunately, I was bought up in an environment where we got a moral education especially from my father that internally made me very strong. Today I realize that it was my immense power that was guiding me, boosting me with courage and wisdom, keeping me in positive way and all these things have helped me in my decision-makings. I am here today with what I dreamt of a decade ago. If you ask me – what were you then? What were you like? What were your hopes and dreams? Are you today were you wanted to? I would say… YES!!! And I am glad… I could face my challenges and come out of it successfully.
Just few days ago, I was analyzing my past few years and I felt I must contribute my knowledge to the Women kind, as I said there is very less support given to women in our society. So, to tackle with challenges and move a head in life and especially in profession; women needs to be stronger in terms of physical and mental strength. Even though, there is 33% of reservation allotted to women in India, but still India has the lowest percentage of women employees i.e. 25.4%, wherein again…maximum females are working as employees and very few could make it as entrepreneurs. And who ever are working; are not consistent due to several social reasons.

There are different standards of behavior for men and women that carry over into the work environment. Women are expected to be chaste and especially modest in all actions that may constrain their ability to perform in the workplace on an equal basis with men. Another related aspect of life in India is that women are generally confined to home thus restricting their mobility and face seclusion. The women face constraints beyond those already placed on them by other hierarchical practices. These cultural rules place some Indian women, particularly those of lower social group, in a paradoxical situation: when a family suffers economically, people often think that a woman should go out and work, yet at the same time the woman's participation in employment outside the home is viewed as "slightly inappropriate, subtly wrong, and definitely dangerous to their chastity and womanly virtue". When a family recovers from an economic crisis or attempts to improve its status, women may be kept at home as a demonstration of the family's morality and as a symbol of its financial security. As in many other countries, working women of all segments of Indian society faces various forms of discriminations. Even professional women find discrimination to be prevalent: two-thirds of the women in one study felt that they had to work harder to receive the same benefits as comparably employed men.

A section of Indian women--the elite and the upper middle class-- have gained by the exposure to the global network. More women are engaged in business enterprises, in international platforms like the Inter-Parliamentary Union, and have greater career opportunities as a result of international network. Freer movement of goods and capital is helpful to this section. But most women continue to remain marginalized as they are generally employed in a chain of work and seldom allowed independent charge of her job. Sharing of responsibility at work place or taking independent decisions is still a remote possibility for them. Economic independence of women is important as it enhances their ability to take decisions and exercise freedom of choice, action. Many of the workingwomen, who control their own income, do contribute towards the economic needs of family as and when required. They often participate in discussions at their work place and their views are given due weight age before any final decision, which is a good move. But what about those women who feel helpless, even though they have education, skills, multi-tasking ability, although suppressed due to lack of self-confidence and inability to position themselves.

Over a period of time, being Human Resource Manager, I have met many women like this and always I felt I must do something for them and I did. I did how much ever was possible from my end. But still there was always a quest in me, which was pushing productively to aim of doing something Big and constructive for womanhood. Until few days ago, I had a vision that was not shaped. Now, I have clarity…

As I have a habit of jotting down my ideas, thoughts in my book- I gave a shape my vision just few days ago i.e. on 09th of this Feb 2011 along with my motto. How I am going to contribute to womanhood? How I am going to reach out those helpless, and guide & motivate them to take proper decision in their lives. Because, I still remember few decisions of mine have literally changes my life. They got me to new level every time. I kept changing myself as the time demanded; I inculcated new skills to communicate to different kinds of mindsets. I changed my strategies and extended my limitations; along with all these I got stronger and stronger emotionally, physically that again helped me in much better way in my relationships, financial incomes and in subordinating my time. Now, I know what, when and how much to say. I learnt to be silent sometimes and being silent is not weak but sometimes it just means you are strong enough to let go things. Above all the power to take decisions, this again led me to set my goals for next ten years that I already did on 9th Feb. and my reticular activating system started working on it. I got to see similar site in this Accenture’s advertisement, which was my basic strong reason – that the ad was so much appealing to me… https://microsite.accenture.com/vaahini/Pages/default.aspx
I felt overwhelmed reading the success stories of these powerful women.

As they say: Once you make a decision, the universe conspires to make it happen.

I pray to the Infinite Power in me and to the Powerful Universe to support, provide me with all necessitate things to achieve my new goal…Thathastu!!!

Self Analysis

Where do you position your self?

We habitually keep talking about positivism and negativity where ever and when ever possible. We mostly see people telling us about the good and bad… Is it so that, there are some people with whole negativity and some with positivism? If no, then why do some people are known for their goodness and some for their depravity? What is it, which is making difference in people!!!?

Every being has this positivism and negativity in them; it depends on what they choose, while they are responding to any situation. It depends how they behave with people around, it depends on what they see in others, and it depends on WHERE they stand in their mannerism and their humanity… The positive mind would have high self confidence, high self esteem and great attitude, that would tell us their level of understanding towards any circumstance and that again concludes good and bad of ones character.

Lets take a reality check of ourselves to know where do we stand, what we see in others, how we respond and what is our self – esteem.

For which self honestly is very much required.

High Self-Esteem
Low Self-Esteem
  • Self interest and selflessness
  • Willing to learn
  • Polite and respectful
  • Confident
  • Talk about ideas
  • Accepts responsibilities
  • Discuss, guides, giver, and protects

  • Knows limits in behavior and enjoys decency.
  • Respects others and their ideas
  • Commitment
  • They always gain
  • Looks for the best in worst
  • Very understanding
  • They see possibilities
  • Soft spoken and always cheerful
  • They say; I must do something
  • Always has an agenda.
  • They say; I’ll do it for you.
  • Part of solutions
  • Sacrifices
  • Involves in productive things
  • Same rules for self and others
  • Feels happy in others happiness
  • Appreciates others
  • Sincere
  • Accepts people and things -as they are
  • Modest
  • Earns love and respect
  • Honest and self- respected
  • Acts on situations
  • Thinks before doing something
  • Self dependent and helpful
  • Marked by avoidance of extravagance or extremes
  • Culturally bound but also adopts the existing era.

  • Lack of interest and selfish
  • Knows it all
  • Arrogant and Strong headed
  • Confused
  • Talk about people
  • Blames the world
  • Argues, misguides, taker and blames on others
  • Enjoys vulgarity & indecent

  • Looks down on others
  • Promises
  • They end up in pain
  • Looks for the worst in best
  • Misunderstands easily
  • They see problems
  • Harsh spoken and smiles according to their requirement.
  • They say; something should be done.
  • Always has an excuse
  • They say; it wasn’t my fault.
  • Part of problems
  • Takes advantage
  • Involves in negative things
  • Rules change accordingly
  • Feels jealousy on others happiness
  • Degrades and makes fun
  • Hypocrite
  • Judges people and things- to pick faults
  • Showoffs
  • Demands for love and respect
  • False reputation
  • Reacts on situations
  • Thinks after doing something
  • Relay on others, demands for things
  • Immoderately desirous of acquiring wealth by any means
  • Culturally bound but make people act according to their wills on the name of culture and tradition.

My question is, even after getting educated, why aren’t we able draw that barriers between positivism and negativity. What is that making us enjoys that iniquity happiness by being negative? Are our spirits so pathetic that they don’t hold positivism?

Next time think twice before react…. its simple to stay with High Self-Esteem.

Enjoy grand life with positivism…

Motherhood -- Incredible

The incidence that I am sharing with you is real and incredible!!!

On the occasion of Sankranti, [an Indian Festival] I was very busy with household works, preparing sweet and hot dishes, with all the traditional offerings and prayers….

As it is the festive of 3 days, I was busy planning for each day… then what I notice is, my maid didn’t turn on first day of festive… I thought as it is festival, so she didn’t turn up But she didn't turn up for next 3 days as well… we tried to find out the reason for her disappear. Where in we found that our maid has cattle’s and one of her cows has given birth to a baby calf. And unfortunately, the calf disappeared the day after its birth.

The mum cow was so disturbed by the incidence that it started roaming around in the down village, not ready to come down to its shed. And the maid, who is the owner of this cow, is searching for the calf. Gave a police complaint and spread a word in the village and so on…tried her best to find the infant calf.

After 6 days of incidence, my maid turns up to domestic work… and when I happened to ask her about the leave, she explained me the whole insight to which I was literally dazed!!!

In detail…

While searching for the calf, my maid who lost her hopes after searching for 2 days… tried to get the mum cow back to its shed… the mum cow refused by stabbing with its horns and was wondering near one particular house and was mooing looking at the entrance as if it is indicating its master to go into that house.
The maid got suspicious and requested to allow her inside the house for a search, wherein the members of that house refused. One male member of that house has come out to fight and push my maid out and the mum cow smelled him and started rushing into the house. My maid, the master of the mum cow, controlled the cow by yelling at it loudly. But whenever, the man came out of the house the mum cow became uncontrollable and started mooing loudly as if she recognizes the kidnapper.

As the mum cow moos then there was a slow moo sound from inside that house and the maid, realized that the calf is in this particular house and started fighting for the calf. The maid went to police station to pressurize the thief, but didn’t work that way. Again the maid went to the village and gathered all the villager and village heads for justice and stood in front of that thief’s house. The man refused to give back the calf, and tried to push away the maid, master of the cow out of his premises. That was the moment when the mum cow reacted offensively, and just pierces the man with its sharp horns….

And guess what? The man had to get 20 stitches on the cut made by mum cow on one of his thighs.

At last after 5 days of struggle the mum cow gets its calf back… ultimately, the mum cow, baby calf and the master of these cattle’s are happy….

The best part is the judgment!!!
I guess even if the police arrested the thief, the punishment would be few months’ jail or some small amount of money…. But the mum cow punished the man in its own way and this scar is going to remain on his body for lifetime that would remind him of this mamma cow every time he looks at the scar…Next time he will think hundred times before acting on such insane operation.

picture of the mum cow

When we think of a mother, what sort of a portrait we get in our minds? A compassionate woman who will sacrifice all her comforts and will work interminably in the home without expecting any monetary reward, only to take care of her children. Motherhood means sacrifice and pain from day one of conception. But this pain and sacrifice brings forward a beautiful feeling in a woman after she finds that her children are happy and healthy. That is the only reward she desires from her children. And that is motherhood. If motherhood is full of love, care, adore it is also about protection, teach the art of living and courage to fight for its children.

And his is true not only for humans but all mothers of the animal kingdom as well. A tigress will attack you and kill you if you dare to approach her cubs. In my childhood rabbit attacked my Aunt when she tried to touch the newborn baby kits. Every mother is ready to go to any length to save her young ones. For a mother, the child is her extension. This is not so for the fathers. But mothers treat the child as same as themselves. Why?

Nature gives this love to a mother so that the specie persists. Mothers are exceptional. The more a mother touches her children physically, the more loved they feel. They get the reassurance of the protection of the mother.

A child must always feel grateful to his/her mother because nobody else, including the father forgoes so much as the mother, to bring up the child.
Mother is God of love and compassion.

Salute to all the mothers in this world!!!

Cordially,

Being Human

Few days ago one of my friends sent me a link with a request to promote the campaign to awareness in the society on homeless old age people who are left out by their children.
I did my little bit by passing it to 50 people in my friend circle. But, what was bothering me was how is it going to help those helpless people? Being a layman in this web marketing, I couldn’t really understand how on the earth, these people are going to get benefited by promoting a link? And still it’s a question to me [appreciate if, some one can educate me on this].

When I was very young, in my childhood I have seen the joint families with grand parents, aunts, uncles, cousins etc… as I was growing I saw the family divisions after the grand parents death. Yet, the same values, ethics and cultures were taught that has to be followed by us. With all due respect to what we learnt we imply the same on ourselves and teach to our children. The core values like love, truth, togetherness, respect, kindness, help, understand and support each other etc. is carried forward generation by generation. Probably that may be the reason I could not understand the people who can literally ignore their parents when they get old leaving them on others. Feeling that just by sending some money and visit once a while is more than enough. What is that not stopping them to do such sad things? How they get the courage and heart to think of taking such step? And Why?

I remember a Drama in which I took part in my school days…. A drama that is little poetic in my native language, Telugu. I still remember this and many times used it in relevant situations as idiom, to make certain people understand their responsibilities.

It goes like this… There was poor farmer residing near jungle with his wife, son and his old father. The grand father was baby sitting, taking care of the home and looking after the poultry as the farmer and his wife were busy in the field. After few years the old man has become older and was mostly sick; always on the bed. The farmer’s wife could not bear her father-in-law and started abusing the old man and make issues out of it every day as she felt that he is fit for nothing and just a burden on the family. The child loved his grand father and felt very unhappy with his mothers’ behavior. But being a child he could not express his feelings. One day the old man has fallen ill and the farmer’s wife was not ready to take care of him, she insisted the farmer to send the old man out of the house. The farmer could not handle the wife’s fights and abuse. The farmer positions his ill father on his shoulder and tells the son to come along with him by carrying a crow bar and a spade and walks into the forest. After getting into thick forest, the farmer makes his father sit under a big tree and starts digging the land. The farmers’ son doesn’t understand why his father is digging the land and why his grand father is crying sitting under the tree? The son goes to his father and asks:

Son: Father, father…
Father: Yes, my dear son…
Son: why are you digging the land?
Father: To make a pit.
Son: why do you need a pit?
Father: Your grand father has become a nuisance to me, that’s why this pit.

Listening to the farmers answer, the kid starts digging the land to make another pit.

Father: Oh! Dear son, why are you digging another pit?
Son: The treatment which you are doing to your father; must be done to my father as well, when I grow old, that’s why this pit.

The farmer gets shocked with the son’s answer and cries a loud holding his father and takes him back home.

As children we look up to our parents, elders, teachers and people around us. We follow them blindly and adopt all the habits from them. Good or bad, we just learn from them and apply them in our life.

As we grow we learn to judge the right and wrong…. Still why the wrong step? The moral values are not inculcated from childhood or molded as per conveniences.  Why people forget that, what you give, will get back the same. I see people greed for the forefathers property, dowry what not…. easy money!!! But when it comes to responsibilities they just dust the hands and stay back as if they are not part of it.

The ethics, values and culture do not teach someone to be rude to others… they always taught the positive way of dealing with people. We can see this wrong attitude everywhere, not only in the families, in colleges, offices, and social circles. Students bully one another; relatives look down on each other showing off there fake courage and immoral behaviors. Laugh on poor people, look down on illiterates, insults the one fallen in life…. Every thing is learnt right from childhood, and the learning is never ending IF one really wants to. These negative attitude and behavior like disrespecting elders, ignoring and leaving them on others, insulting someone, bullying co-student or college are all because of unethical up bringing. If one feels that they are right by doing such things, then they must know that they are not able to see the reality. They badly need reality check on themselves. Insulting, bullying, looking down on others, loose talks; all these are done for false status and are only the fake courage, low self esteem of audacity. Real courage exists in the one who takes all the insults, still climb to success in spite of the harassment, maltreatments.

Changing according to time is not bad; leaving the moral values and ethics is not good. No culture, community, religion in the world teaches to misbehave and live irresponsibly.

Along with the informative education, its Extremely important to get educated on morals, ethics, values and cultures for overall growth and development as Human.
